Sales Pitches
A new-business pitch for a national bedding group and its two mattress brands.
Good GEO is built on good SEO. The pitch does not sell AI visibility as a parallel track. The argument is that foundational work compounds, and that the higher tiers earn citations the foundation alone will not. A brand already running a clean headless stack is most of the way there. The scope follows the same order: access first, then structure, then the content that gets cited.

Built as a multi-page site, not a deck, so each section can be sent on its own and read without a presenter. Access is gated, since it names the brands and quotes their numbers.

What the deck covers
Nine sections, built as a site instead of a slide file, so a stakeholder who missed the room can still read it
| Section | The point | What it contains |
|---|---|---|
| Impact | What the last engagement did | A $430 product launch, tracked end to end in its first week: crawls, then appearances in shopper conversations, then referral visits, then units sold. |
| Window | Why now rather than next year | Training, citations and referrals as three separate things to move on, plus the fourth wave the infrastructure is really being built for. |
| Technology | What they already have | The stack mapped as it stands, headless storefront on an edge renderer with a commerce backend behind it, and the small per-brand differences that change the work. |
| Strategy | Voice of the customer as training data | Hundreds of real questions already sitting on the product pages, mined and turned into the answers the models learn from. |
| Mock-ups | The top recommendation, built | One concept render per brand, taking the highest-leverage recommendation and building it out as a live page. |
| Forecast | What the channel is worth | Referral share against baseline conversion and order value, with the assumptions stated so the client can argue with them. |
| Draft SOW | The work, scoped | An objectives-based delivery model in place of a deliverables list: diagnose access, remediate, implement schema, build the internal linking that carries authority. |
| Spectrum | The wider menu | Each activity ordered by effort against magnitude, so scope can be scaled to a budget without reopening the whole conversation. |
| Next steps | What we need from you | Budget and kickoff date, so the recommendations can be sequenced rather than delivered whole. |
